Derbyshire is excited to be able to offer our 5-4-3 Developer Financing to prospective buyers. The terms are easy and simple:
- 5% down payment on the homesite
- 4% interest rate
- 3 year term
The developer financing has been a really attractive incentive for our recent buyers because it allowed them to secure their ideal homesite, even if they weren’t ready to build. It also prevented them from having to go through the loan process with an outside lender.
