Derbyshire offers a 5% commission, in addition to a $2,000 bonus, to any licensed referring broker or agent when their client purchases a lot in our community.
We also offer a 3% commission on any home/lot package in Derbyshire.
As a referring broker/agent, your commission is completely protected, no matter how involved you are with the Derbyshire transaction.
